Sui Pixel is a free community game for the Sui ecosystem, inspired by R/Place on Reddit. However, Sui Pixel has changed some of the rules and added new features to fit the direction of Suipiens' program. The game has brought success to Suipiens by helping them connect with more than 50 partners participating in the event. The average interaction for posts about the event was 20,000 impressions (at that time, Suipiens had less than 3,000 followers).
Analyzing projects and updating news content is still fully maintained by Suipiens. However, Suipiens was established quite late, so their level of competition will be very low if they only maintain what previous projects are doing. Therefore, Suipiens decided to take a new direction, which is "Create and exploit" to create new and unique activities, and then exploit the behavior of projects when participating in these programs to create new types of content.
The Sui community is familiar with GiveAway events hosted by lottery, but these activities have a limit on the number of projects participating. Sui has never had a general community event for all projects to participate in.

In this campaign, SuiPixel mainly targets loyal members of communities (who are extremely active and are chasing rewards), creating conditions to convert them into loyal members for all participating projects, and projects will bring them valuable rewards.

<Bandwagon Effect> was a social experiment in Sui. The final state of the canvas was the joint effort of a lot of players fromvarious projects. People felt great attachment to those parts of the canvas they took part in.
<Competitiveness> is our desire to fight and win. Sui Pixel was a great occasion for many players themselves and prove their "dominance" over others. Many projects also engaged in the fun and brought their members to take part in SuiPixel.
<Ikea Effect> We appreciate something more if we can create it ourselves. People feel things to them "more" if they can put their effort into making/creating them.
<FOMO> Fear of missing out (FOMO) is the human need to be up to date with important information. SuiPixel's connection with some of the first partners laid the foundation for FOMO of the remaining projects to participate.
<Curiosity> Many players participated, not to draw or anything, but they joined out of curiosity, and they even destroyed the paintings.
<Authority Bias> Is a behavior where users follow the instructions of their project owners. The project owners brought quite a few players to the event.
<Rewards> Rewards act as the main incentive for players, in addition to words of encouragement from the community.
- 263 WLs + 80 OGs + 2 freemint for top 50 leaderboard Supixel
- 245 USDT in side events
Suipiens has contacted and connected to projects to persuade them to participate along with an idea: "Create a community activity that all of our members can interact and connect with each other"
Suipiens reminded people about SuiPixel daily through daily updates on the status of the canvas; continuous updates of rewards and new sponsored projects participating; organizing side events so that previous players have the opportunity to earn higher rewards (Top 1 player receives a $70 reward + 24 WLs/OGs from sponsored projects).
